I acquired eSteamed Saunas in Sept 2023 and have been focused on growing the e-commerce brand since then. I'm having a blast stepping into a new space and focusing on my own health while selling products like saunas and cold plunges that help others focus on their health.

Ratio • Co-founder & CTO, Board Member

Ratio is an innovative Fintech product offering Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services to B2B SaaS companies. Many of these B2B SaaS companies have large contracts that require upfront payments, but Ratio allows their customers to choose a payment plan and pay over time.

I still serve on the board of directors here, but am no longer part of the day-to-day business.

The UpCounsel team joined LinkedIn to lead the marketplaces team. Here we built led the marketplaces team building multiple marketplace products inside LinkedIn - focused on Service Marketplace where, much like UpCounsel, find service professionals across dozens of industries, get proposals, and hire them through LinkedIn.

Truly a dream job came true. As a long-time user and fan of JamBase and the jamband music it covered, I landed a job there as the lead software engineer. I did lots:

• Led a complete rebuild of JamBase.com from classic ASP to ASP.NET 2.0 using SQL Server and the CSLA framework.
• Hired and managed a high quality software development firm to augmentation our staff to launch on time.
• Built and streamlined several internal processes resulting in huge gains in productivity and content creation.  
• Event and ticket data ingestion from dozens of ticketing platforms
• Event aggregation and reconciliation
• Revamped and rebuilt core search functionality using Lucene
• Managed and led offshore teams, developers and contractors to increase engineering capacity.
• Launched several major initiatives including a ticketing marketplace, a live concert photo galleries feature, flexible landing page systems and much more.

BWB has a phenomenal "triple bottom line" business model and was the job that pulled me out to California. I did lots:

• Architecting solutions across shipping fulfillment, inventory, salesforce CRM and online sales
• Led a team of offshore software engineers to implement and launch the online bookstore
• Evaluated numerous vendors and hire external Salesforce consultant to lead inventory management and shipping fulfillment solutions

CreditSoup / Commission Soup • Web Developer

Acted as a software developer and project manager for several successful website launches including the local Chamber of Commerce, local retail stores, radio stations, various online credit card applications and financial destinations. I began working at CreditSoup while attending college and transitioned to full time upon graduating.
